Rolando Rodriguez, the owner and originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, established this restaurant when he noticed a lack of places offering the famous “Taco de Trompo” in the city. This led to the opening of the first restaurant on Long Point Street 20 years ago. Initially, the menu featured dishes from the franchise, but over time, they adapted and expanded offerings based on customer requests, all while maintaining the original flavor of the beloved taquitos, which have been highly accepted by patrons.

Unlike other Mexican restaurants, customers are welcomed with delicious charro beans instead of “chips,” igniting an appetite for any of the house specialties. These include the renowned trompo tacos, traditional Mexican enchiladas, or Siberian tostadas, all of which can be paired with a selection of national or foreign drinks, including typically Mexican soft drinks.
